We are looking for an experienced HR consultant with labor law expertise for a temporary assignment.

The role is advisory and involves functioning as a qualified support to HR specialists and managers in labor law matters.

Assignment Period

Start: Immediately, or as soon as possible
Duration: Approximately 6 months

About the Position

The assignment is located within an HR unit that supports approximately 250 managers along with about 20 HR specialists. The unit is divided into four main areas: labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and wage formation. You will belong to the labor law area, which consists of three people, and work closely with about ten HR specialists who will be your primary contacts.

The role is advisory and guiding, where you act as a sounding board and support in qualified labor law matters.

Your Main Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Providing qualified labor law advice to HR specialists
• Being a support in cases concerning, for example, disciplinary actions and assessment of next steps in processes
• Developing and working with guidelines and policies
• Participating in and managing union cooperation
• Working with transition issues to a limited extent

There are no fixed individual responsibilities, but it may be relevant to act as a contact person for a number (about ten) designated managers.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in HR
• Has at least three years of experience in a clear and qualified advisory role within labor law
• Has very good knowledge of laws, regulations, and collective agreements in the labor law area
• Is accustomed to reasoning around complex labor law issues and making well-founded assessments
• Has good communication skills and thrives in a leading, supportive, and advisory role
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Personec and TimeCare is an advantage but not decisive
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
