We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Controller for a mission at RISE in Gothenburg.

The role is central to providing qualified analyses, business support, and decision-making material. You will work with ongoing reporting, follow-up, and analysis of the business and its project portfolios. The assignment includes identifying and driving improvements that enhance profitability, monitoring and optimizing the use of resources and equipment, and serving as advisory support in financial and economic matters.

Requirements

• Experience in controlling within research institutes or comparable knowledge-intensive operations

• 8-10 years of experience in controlling

• Strong analytical skills combined with good communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Solid experience working in Excel

Meritorious

• Previous work with project controlling within research institutes

• Experience in reporting and analysis in Power BI

• Familiarity with business systems such as IFS

• Experience working closely with management teams
