We are now looking for an experienced HR partner for the corporate office's internal HR department, which supports the corporate office's managers and operations. Take the opportunity and apply to one of Sweden's largest employers.

Your Mission

We welcome you as an HR partner with the task of working together with colleagues to provide cohesive and proactive support to the managers of the operations. In the role of HR partner with us, you will take independent responsibility based on set goals and with a good understanding of our mission. The HR partner drives and supports the entire breadth of HR issues and all HR processes throughout the year, such as workplace environment issues, development conversations, salary reviews, difficult conversations, rehabilitation, etc. You are expected to provide qualified HR support to one or more of the corporate office's operations, and as an HR partner, you are often also part of a management team.

In your role, you are a consultative and advisory partner to our managers and support them in clarifying the HR processes of the operations to achieve the operational goals. The role has a broad scope and includes both operational and strategic work. We work strategically in teams with our areas of expertise: workplace environment, competence supply, salary formation, and labor law. As an HR partner, you will be part of one of these teams. Changes in the external environment create an increased need to understand and work with factors that affect engagement, innovation, mobility, competence supply, and workplace environment to support the operations.

To Succeed in the Role, You Need:

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or another equivalent academic education. You have broad, several years of deep experience in HR work and roles such as HR partner, HR business partner, or equivalent, where you are driven to support managers in their daily work with a strategic and coaching approach.

You are communicative and pedagogical, and as a person, you thrive in a relationship-building role where collaboration and the ability to lead are a natural part of everyday life. Since the work is varied, it requires you to have a structured yet flexible working style. You are experienced and confident in driving HR processes and working independently. Since the work involves collaboration with many different parties, this requires you to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in HR work within the public sector and in a politically governed organization is advantageous.
