Together with Oddwork, MinCFO is now looking for a driven accounting consultant who wants to help build the future finance function for growth companies. About the role

As an accounting consultant at MinCFO, you have overall responsibility for your client assignments and act as a reliable and long-term financial partner. You work with ongoing bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual financial statements, but the role extends far beyond that.

You maintain close contact with your clients and are responsible for follow-up, analysis, and advice related to their financial development. At the same time, you drive improvements and efficiencies in working methods and processes, both internally and for the client. We value collaboration, humility, and the willingness to contribute to both our clients' and the team's development.

The role also includes overall responsibility for the payroll process, from reporting to payment and reporting, as well as serving as an internal knowledge resource and sounding board for the team.

An important part of the job involves:

• Developing and ensuring the quality of reporting

• Analyzing clients' finances

• Monitoring profitability, key figures, and deviations

About you

You are meticulous, responsible, and confident in your skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of your assignments. You appreciate variety in your daily work, enjoy working with multiple clients simultaneously, and find it easy to build long-term relationships.

• Have a few years of experience in accounting, preferably from an agency

• Are used to independently managing accounting and financial statements

• Have a good understanding of the accounting flow and an interest in financial management and analysis

• Are familiar with systems (Fortnox is a plus)

• Communicate financial matters in a pedagogical and trustworthy manner

• Have had your own client responsibility, run your own business, or worked in a consulting capacity is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
