As a TA Partner with us, you will work hands-on with recruitment while also having an important role in our Trainee program – where you help shape the talents of the future in an industry that truly makes a difference.

The position is a parental leave cover where you will take over the baton and become an important piece of the puzzle in an operational HR department consisting of an HR manager, two HR partners, a TA Partner, and an HR administrator. We work closely with the business and each other – even though we are geographically dispersed – and support managers in both strategic and operational matters.

About the role

As a TA Partner, you are responsible for the entire recruitment journey – from the initial requirement profile to celebrating when the dream recruit is in place. You are both an advisor and a doer, working closely with managers and colleagues throughout the organization. With us, this means you will recruit for a wide range of roles – from specialists and managers to production staff and drivers. The variation makes each process unique and requires a good understanding of the business and its needs.

You also contribute to developing our working methods, tools, and candidate experience, always focusing on quality, structure, and long-term relationships.

You will also be responsible for driving and facilitating the REMONDIS trainee program, which runs until February 2027. Here, you will coordinate training, act as a sounding board for trainees and managers, and ensure that the program maintains the highest quality. Our recruitments and trainees are geographically dispersed, so travel may be required.

Your main responsibilities
  • Support managers throughout the recruitment process

  • Be an advisory partner to managers in matters within your area of responsibility

  • Ensure a professional and inclusive candidate experience

  • Optimize our recruitment tools

  • Follow up statistics, analyze KPIs, and contribute to data-driven decisions

  • Act as a contact person for external parties within your area of responsibility

  • Train managers in interview techniques and objective assessment

  • Drive the REMONDIS trainee program

Qualifications
  • Academic education in HR or equivalent

  • Experience in a similar role within recruitment/TA

  • Experience with personality tests and selection tools

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious
  • Experience with search and targeted advertising campaigns

  • Experience with talent or trainee programs

  • Previous experience working in Teamtailor
