Onsite Support Technician / IT Support (Full-time)

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Onsite Support Technician for a larger technology-intensive organization. The role involves ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment for end-users, focusing on on-site support and client-facing IT services.

The position is full-time and can be based in Järfälla/Solna, or at other offices within the organization or remotely depending on the needs of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified on-site IT support to end-users
• Handle VIP cases that require quick and professional intervention
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues where remote support is insufficient
• Install, configure, and deliver computers and client-facing IT hardware
• Ensure that records of IT equipment are kept up to date
• Support printers, conference rooms, and shared IT environments
• Document cases in the ticketing system and knowledge database
• Assist colleagues during outages and incidents

Required Qualifications / Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in IT support / onsite support
• Experience in handling VIP cases
• Experience in installation and delivery of computers and client-facing IT hardware
• Experience in support where remote control does not work or is insufficient
• Experience in supporting printers and conference rooms
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Familiar with documentation and administrative handling of IT cases
• Driver's license (B) is required

Meritorious

• Experience working in larger organizations with complex IT environments
