We are looking for an engaged and ambitious substitute for our Operations Support department who wants to develop in a fast-paced media company with varied tasks. You are an administrative talent who enjoys order and clarity and is communicative. We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career, full of energy and ready to take on significant responsibility from day one. The office is located in the Slakthus area, a developing area close to restaurants and services as well as good transport links.

About the role

As a substitute with us, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams. You will be an important part of our daily production and customer management, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to several projects simultaneously. This substitute position requires you to be stress-resistant, able to take responsibility quickly, and work independently from day one. The work is varied and suits you who thrive in a very flexible role where you can handle many ongoing tasks at the same time. It is important that you are responsible, independent, and very solution-oriented. You will work in the Operations Support department and report to the Head of Operations Support. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. The substitute position is initially about 3 months with the possibility of extension or another role within the company.

Your tasks include:

• Customer service and support via phone and email
• Administration and database management
• Participation in project management and coordination
• General office tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, positive, and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
• Has previous experience in customer service and database management
• Has preferably participated in project management or similar tasks
• Thrives in a busy environment and takes initiative
• Preferably has experience from team sports
