Do you want to play a crucial role in the development of the future Co-location business? We are now looking for a Senior IT Delivery Manager who is passionate about structure, business development, and a seamless customer journey. In this role, you will be the hub between commercial teams, the delivery organization, and customers – with full ownership of the implementation, follow-up, and optimization of Co-location agreements.

Your main responsibilities

• Be responsible for the storage, administration, and analysis of customer agreements.

• Drive the process from inquiry to completed contract.

• Support in contract negotiations and ensure maximum business value.

• Ensure correct documentation and smooth access flow.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

• Oversee incoming pipeline and manage customer inquiries.

• Coordinate with commercial teams for a smooth transition from inquiry to contract.

• Ensure a first-class customer experience throughout the delivery journey.

• Set goals and KPIs for the customer journey.

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive the development of processes and tools.

• Transform Co-location offerings into scalable, fast, and commercially attractive products.

• Proactively seek new revenue opportunities.

• Ensure alignment between customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

• Analyze historical revenue data, forecasts, and deviations.

• Follow up on revenue planning, rollout plans, and terminations.

• Ensure that deliveries and revenues comply with agreements.

• Own the requirements for new BI reports related to contracts, status, and payments.

• Maintain a holistic view that supports long-term business decisions.

• Collaborate with process owners to simplify complex information both in the short and long term.

You are a senior and strategic Delivery Manager who thrives in the intersection of business, technology, and customer relationships. You have a natural ability to create structure, standardize processes, and ensure data quality.

You are driven by: simplifying complex flows, identifying risks such as underbilling through data analysis, automating and streamlining workflows, combining detail focus with a strategic helicopter perspective.
