About the role of Technical Account Manager
In this role at Elovade, you are given a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting development journey focused on developing partners and our service portfolio. Initially, you will enter a senior technician role where you will work operationally with Elovade's partners. Your tasks will consist of working closely with partners to find and deliver solution proposals, helping partners develop their solutions and offerings.
As you become more comfortable in the role, you are expected to grow into the role of Team Lead for the team, which currently consists of four people. Your role will then broaden to a more comprehensive responsibility for daily operations, follow-ups, project work, and focusing on developing the department together with the Department Manager. You will also collaborate closely with the sales department where you are expected to participate in projects and act as a technical expert in dialogue with partners.
You will be based in the office in Årsta and become part of an innovative company characterized by collaboration!
Your main tasks:
- Enter a senior technician role and work operationally with Elovade's partners.
- Handle incoming cases via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and manage software issues, error messages, and technical questions.
- Eventually step into the role of Team Lead and take on a more comprehensive responsibility for the team, follow-ups, project work, and developing the department.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department and act as a technical expert in dialogue with partners.
About you
To succeed in the role of Technical Account Manager, you have completed secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, where post-secondary education is considered an advantage. You have solid experience in the IT industry and have likely worked in roles such as 2nd line/3rd line technician, Operations Technician, IT consultant, or roles that can be deemed equivalent. You have previous experience in support for corporate clients and are accustomed to acting consultatively and advisory in your customer dialogues. We see that you are interested in leadership, and if you have previous experience in leadership positions, both informal and formal, this is considered a strong advantage! We also see that you have very good system skills, where knowledge of SQL, experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell, and experience with Windows Server and networking are considered advantageous. Fluent language skills in Swedish and English are a requirement.
As a person, you have a great technical interest, are solution-oriented, and are motivated by constantly learning new technologies! You are a team player with good leadership abilities, where you gain energy from developing together with your colleagues. We also see that you are communicative and keen on delivering high-quality service to partners.
Important for the position is:
- Completed secondary education, with a technical focus or post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Solid experience in the IT industry with corporate clients and likely worked in roles such as 2nd line/3rd line technician, Operations Technician, IT consultant, or roles that can be deemed equivalent.
- Previous knowledge/experience with Windows Server, SQL, and networking.
- Strong interest in technology and leadership.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
Desirable for the position is:
- Previous work experience in leadership, both informal and formal.
- Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell.
