Assignment description Our client aims to become more data-driven by making decisions and developing work methods based on data. As a Solution Architect, you play a central role in driving the development with requirement specification, solution architecture, system development, and implementation to further develop the client's data management, together with other architects and developers.

We are looking for a consultant who can contribute to the development and management of the future platform for data sharing.

The role is central in creating conditions to sustainably and securely meet all business units' information needs. You will play an important role in the investment in data-driven development and increased automation of information exchange. You are responsible for the technical architecture work for the data sharing platform, which is carried out together with other team members and is also part of various networks at the client, including with other architects in the IT department.

The work involves, among other things:

• developing and managing the solution architecture for the client's data sharing platform

• translating conceptual models into data models and data flows and realizing rules for data management governance

• ensuring that the data sharing platform complies with the client's architectural principles, information security requirements, and applicable legal requirements

• acting as a technical link to operational units, suppliers, system developers, and other operations together with the area manager

• participating in the development of common architectural principles, target images, and roadmaps for the customs authority.

By working closely with stakeholders and other delivery areas, you help solve the technical needs and challenges that exist for the client to become more data-driven. You also contribute with innovation and new thinking by monitoring and absorbing what is happening in the industry.

You as a consultant will need to undergo a security classification within the framework of the assignment, and the assignment cannot start until the security classification is complete.

Requested competence level:

Level 4 Knowledge: High generalist competence, or very high competence in one area Experience: Has participated in large assignments in various areas and completed assignments with very high quality; the level is usually achieved no earlier than after 9-12 years as a consultant in the field. Has been at level 3 for at least 2 years. Management: Takes primary responsibility for managing a larger group Independence: Very high

Competence requirements for you as a consultant:

• At least six (6) years of documented experience in architectural work focusing on data/information, e.g., in various types of data platforms, integration solutions, or management of master data and metadata in the last ten years

• At least five (5) years of documented experience working with data and schemas in various formats, e.g., SQL and JSON, etc.

• Documented experience in realizing conceptual models in IT systems, data models, flows, and governance mechanisms

Meritorious

• Experience working with API-based information exchange

• Experience in architectural work related to system development in the application layer, as well as understanding and requirement specification of infrastructure layers

• Experience in information and data modeling

• Experience with various solutions and principles for structuring data, both storage and exchange

• Experience in optimizing data flows

• Experience in access control

• Experience in system design with Sparx Enterprise Architect (UML)

• Experience in agile development methods

One (1) resource 100% remote or on-site (fully or partially)

Workplace: At the client's premises in Luleå, Stockholm, or Gothenburg. However, in the first week, the client wants you to be on-site at their premises in Luleå and that you should be able to travel to Luleå three times per half year for 2 days. If more presence is desired, this will be agreed upon in consultation with you and us.

Start: 2026-03-30 or from the date all parties have signed the agreement.

End date: 2027-03-31 with the possibility of 3 extensions of 12 months.
