About the Company

West Media Systems AB is a growing technology company that develops a SaaS solution for managing live events. We work with modern technologies and deliver solutions to customers in broadcast and media.

We are now looking for a qualified software developer who wants to work on the development and further development of our applications and systems.

Responsibilities

As a software developer with us, you will:

• Develop and maintain applications and system solutions
• Participate in the design and architecture of technical solutions
• Work with requirements analysis and technical specifications
• Perform code reviews and quality assurance
• Collaborate with product owners and other developers in agile teams
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and technical frameworks

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education in computer science, systems science, or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in professional software development
• Good knowledge of:
• C#, JavaScript, React, .NET, GraphQL
• Experience with database management (MSQL)
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Good understanding of system architecture and software design

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud services (Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience working in agile development methods

Personal Qualities

We are looking for an analytical and structured person who:

• Works independently and takes responsibility
• Has good problem-solving skills
• Communicates well in teams
• Has good knowledge of English (Swedish is a plus)
