This is what you will do with us

As a Senior IT Technician, you will have a central role in managing and developing the IT environment for several countries. It is both a broad and deep role, technically and responsively. You will be responsible for:

• Developing, operating, and administering our hybrid-cloud environment 'from top to bottom' – from network, server, and application management to handling Azure, Intune, and user permissions
• Evaluating, integrating, and administering third-party applications
• Supporting our internal users in technical support cases, where you are responsible for both resolving issues and building trusting relationships
• Participating in technical and operational projects by department, country, region, or globally
• Collaborating with vendors and our international IT teams, and being involved or driving technical initiatives
• Maintaining IT/Information security, e.g., by proactively identifying and addressing risks, collaborating and managing incidents with SOC, and regularly conducting certain log analysis

Your team and workplace

You will be part of the IT team belonging to the Stockholm office. The team currently consists of five competent, unpretentious, and solution-oriented individuals. We work together as a group to improve our IT environment and solve problems. We complement and challenge each other in a positive way!

Our office is centrally located on Regeringsgatan, where we meet three days a week. Over 100 people work at the Stockholm office, but we also support our colleagues in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Helsingborg, whom we visit regularly. We are highly appreciated by our colleagues, which makes many look forward to our visits!

More about you

Enough about us. Who are you? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in IT operations of on-prem and hybrid-cloud solutions who thrives in an environment where both technology and people are in focus. You don't need to know everything, but we believe you have had broad roles and a solid interest in technology, and have previously worked with:

• Windows environments and Microsoft Azure, including administration of Intune
• Network management in both cloud and on-prem solutions
• Application management and support in Windows and Azure environments
• Scripting in Powershell (meritorious)

Since we operate in an international environment, you need to have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person and colleague, you enjoy collaborating closely with both colleagues and users, and it is natural for you to focus on user needs through clear, trustworthy communication and effective solutions. When problems arise, you can act independently but also seek help from the right resources when needed to find sustainable solutions. You work meticulously in situations that require a high level of structure and have a good ability to follow established work processes and organize your work in a way that is clear for both yourself and others.
