Job Description The client is currently seeking a System Developer who will belong to the INA unit, responsible for providing efficient and value-creating development and administration of systems supporting business processes and functions related to asset, pipeline, and station management, maintenance, analysis, statistics, and documentation. As a System Developer at the client, you will primarily contribute to ongoing administration work related to IFS, but you are also expected to support end-users and participate in dialogue with the business while working with application operations, handling technical issues, and contributing to the ongoing work of developing and configuring the asset structure in the IFS system. In consultation with the ordering party, you may also work on other projects/assignments for the client as long as the role, level, and tasks remain the same.

The client operates according to the PM3 management model and the PPS project model, which are partially adapted to the client's needs. In addition to PM3 and PPS, operations are governed by guidelines, instructions, and directives. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good communication skills in Swedish, are structured in your work, and solution-oriented. You also need the ability to take responsibility, plan, and execute activities with various stakeholders. The assignment is intended to be performed by a resource consultant, a service performed by a consultant to provide reinforcement to the client in their ongoing work. The execution of these services is led and managed by the client.

Responsibilities: In the role of System Developer/IT Specialist, tasks will include:

• Develop and configure the system according to requirements
• Work with, adapt, modify, and take responsibility for delivery packages being developed
• Conduct demos with the business and obtain acceptance for holistic solutions
• Review code from other system developers
• Provide support to users and participate in ongoing dialogue with the business
• Analyze and resolve bugs reported in the system during development, testing, and production
• Work with continuous problem management and root cause analysis
• Time estimate development issues
• Document solutions in functional specifications and other system documentation
• Support change management and upgrades
• Create instructions for incident management and support
• Collaborate with internal and external parties

Essential Requirements

1. Higher education (120-180 credits) in Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or at least 5 years of work experience deemed equivalent by the client.
2. At least 5 years of work experience as a System Developer in the last 10 years.
3. At least 3 years of work experience in development (configuration and customization) of IFS.
4. At least 3 years of work experience with the Marble (IFS) programming language.
5. At least 3 years of work experience with SQL/PLSQL.
6. At least 3 years of work experience with commissioning and upgrades (updates) of IFS.
7. At least 2 years of work experience with incident management and troubleshooting in IFS.
8. At least 1 year of work experience with IFS C.
9. At least 1 year of work experience with agile principles and iterative/incremental deliveries.

Merits:

1. At least 3 years of work experience working with IFS within asset management and IFS modules: Warehouse, Documents, Asset Des, Purchasing, Maintenance, Linear Asset, and Sales/Contracts.
2. At least 1 year of work experience working with IFS modules 'Projects' and 'Projections/Permissions'.
