Job Description

The client is now looking for two system developers who will belong to the INA unit, which is responsible for providing efficient and value-creating development and management of systems that support business processes and functions related to asset, pipeline, and station management, maintenance, analysis, statistics, and documentation. As a system developer at the client, you will primarily contribute to the ongoing management work related to IFS, but you are also expected to provide support to end users and participate in dialogue with the business while working with application operations, handling technical issues, and contributing to the ongoing work of developing and configuring the asset structure in the IFS system. In consultation with the purchaser, you may also work on other projects/assignments for the client as long as the role, level, and tasks remain the same.

The client works according to the management model PM3 and the project model PPS, which are partially adapted to the client's needs. In addition to PM3 and PPS, operations are governed by guidelines, instructions, and directives. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good communication skills in Swedish, are structured in your work, and solution-oriented. You also need the ability to take responsibility, plan, and carry out activities with various stakeholders. The assignment is intended to be performed by a resource consultant, a service performed by a consultant to provide reinforcement to the client in the ongoing work performed by the client. The performance of these services is led and controlled by the client.

Tasks: In the role of system developer/IT specialist, the tasks will include:

• Develop and configure the system according to requirements
• Work with, adapt, modify, and be responsible for delivery packages being developed
• Perform demos with the business and obtain acceptance for holistic solutions
• Review code from other system developers
• Provide support to users and participate in ongoing dialogue with the business
• Analyze and resolve bugs reported in the system during development, testing, and production
• Work with continuous problem management and root cause analysis
• Time estimate development cases
• Document solutions in functional specifications and other system documentation
• Support during change management and upgrades
• Develop instructions for incident management and support
• Collaborate with internal and external parties

Requirements

1. University degree (120-180 credits) in Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or at least 5 years of work experience deemed equivalent by the client
2. At least 10 years of work experience as a system developer within the last 15 years
3. At least 8 years of work experience in development (configuration and customization) of IFS
4. At least 8 years of work experience with SQL/PLSQL
5. At least 6 years of work experience with deployment and upgrades (updates) of IFS
6. At least 5 years of work experience with Marble (IFS) coding language and LCE (Life Cycle Experience, formerly Build Place)
7. At least 3 years of work experience with agile principles and iterative/incremental deliveries
8. At least 2 years of work experience with incident management and troubleshooting in IFS
9. At least 2 years of work experience leading smaller teams (5-8 people)
10. At least 1 year of work experience with IFS Work flows
11. At least 1 year of work experience with IFS C

Merits:

1. At least 3 years of work experience working with IFS within asset management and IFS modules 'Inventory', 'Docs', 'Asset Des', 'Procurement', 'Maintenance', 'Linear Asset', and 'Sales/Contracts'
2. At least 2 years of work experience working with IFS modules 'Projects' and 'Projections/Permissions'
