We are looking for an IT Support Specialist focused on users and the digital work environment!

Do you want to work closely with users and contribute to a stable and efficient digital work environment in an organization at the forefront of digital development? We are now looking for a person to join our team within Digital End User Support. The role suits you who are at the beginning of your IT support career or you who have more experience and want to take on greater responsibility in daily user support.

Digital development is a central part of our strategy. We develop and implement workflows and tools within BIM, AI, and data to create value in our projects. Our architects depend on a smooth digital work environment in their daily work, where Digital End User Support plays a vital role.

We have approximately 500 employees in Scandinavia, with a large portion located at our office in Stockholm where you will be working.

Your role in the digital daily routine

You support end-users in their daily work and ensure that the technology functions correctly. You work closely with the business operations and contribute to ensuring projects can move forward without unnecessary obstacles.

The role involves both solving problems and contributing to stable workflows and a good user experience over time. You will become an important link between technology and business operations.

You will be part of a Nordic support team with colleagues primarily in Norway, where collaboration takes place via Teams. The role is based in Stockholm and requires daily presence at the office.

Here is what you will do

  • Help colleagues in their daily work by solving technical problems quickly and smoothly

  • Provide on-site support and be a visible and accessible contact at the office

  • Troubleshoot and solve problems within PC, hardware, software, network, and telephony

  • Install, configure, and upgrade computers and software

  • Ensure that meeting rooms and technical equipment function and are ready for use

  • Collaborate with internal support functions and external suppliers

  • Support and guide users on how to work efficiently with their tools

For those with more experience, the role may also include:

  • Taking responsibility for more complex and recurring cases

  • Identifying patterns and working on root cause analysis

  • Contributing to improving workflows, routines, and documentation

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a clear service focus and thrives in a role with extensive user contact

  • Has basic knowledge within PC/workstations and Office environments

  • Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and responsible

  • Can explain technical issues in a pedagogical manner

Additionally, it is an advantage if you have:

  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office environments

  • Experience with more extensive incidents or systematic problems
