You will step into a key role within a government agency environment where digital services need to function stably, evolve continuously, and create clear value for both internal users and external target groups. The assignment involves taking overall responsibility for a central product with multiple applications, where you drive the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring cohesive delivery across operations, development, and lifecycle management.

You will work closely with the business and play a vital role in creating alignment between stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and other adjacent products. Here, you need to think long-term and translate priorities into practice, with a focus on benefits, impact, and user experience. This is an assignment for those who want to influence both direction and execution in a complex environment where digital development makes a real difference.

• Develop and manage the product's vision, target picture, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive overall responsibility for the product's delivery within operations, development, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor benefits, impacts, and user experience, translating insights into priorities.
• Lead and support two product owners and collaborate closely with their development teams.
• Ensure the product complies with relevant strategies, laws, regulations, and directives.
• Develop forums for dialogue and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning with other products and business areas to create a cohesive delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the responsible manager regarding delivery, priorities, and budget dialogue.
• Monitor external suppliers and handle audits, continuity planning, business cases, and benefit calculations as needed.
• Communicate and anchor the product's direction and development internally and externally.

• At least 3–5 years of documented experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager or in a comparable role within product leadership, for example with responsibility for product development and direction, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Education in agile frameworks, supported by certificates, course certificates, or equivalent documentation, as well as at least 5 years of documented experience working according to agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
• At least 2 years of documented practical experience working according to frameworks for scaled agile development (e.g., SAFe). The experience must have been acquired within the last 5 years. You have also undergone relevant education or certification in such a framework.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• You have been a project manager in projects related to IT development.
• You have worked as a Product Owner/Product Manager within the public sector.
