Job Description

Responsibilities

In the role of Application Specialist/IT Specialist, your tasks will include:

• Change management/development including upgrades and implementation of IFS Aurena and new modules
• Comparing IFS asset structure with internal requirements on architecture, security, etc. at Swedish Power Grid (Svenska Kraftnät)
• Maintaining information in case management systems
• Supporting users and participating in dialogue with the business, e.g., by creating instructions for incident management
• Development and configuration of the system according to requirements
• Analyzing and resolving system bugs
• Time estimation, planning, and prioritization of development tasks and deliveries
• Application operations – identifying and correcting incorrect data, as well as participating in the improvement of working methods
• Handling ongoing documentation creation and technical issues
• Collaborating with infrastructure and external suppliers to solve problems/incidents and plan changes
• Continuous collaboration with solution architects at Svenska Kraftnät
• Acting as a contact person for internal and external parties regarding IFS infrastructure and architecture
• Planning deliveries and prioritizing development together with the business

Essential Requirements

1. University degree (120/180 ECTS) in Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or at least 5 years of work experience deemed equivalent by Svenska Kraftnät.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in technical system administration of IFS.
3. At least 5 years of work experience working with SQL/PLSQL and Windows and/or Oracle environments.
4. At least 3 years of work experience with IFS in the field of asset management.
5. At least 3 years of work experience working with architecture within IFS Architecture and/or system architecture including networking and Ubuntu.
6. At least 3 years of work experience working with DevOps regarding deliveries and system operations.
7. At least 2 years of work experience working with API and/or integrations.
8. At least 2 years of work experience working with LCE (Life Cycle Experience, formerly build place) and Marble (IFS coding language).
9. At least 2 years of work experience working with commissioning and upgrades of IFS.
10. At least 2 years of work experience working with logging.
11. At least 1 year of work experience working with IFS C.
12. At least 1 year of work experience working according to agile principles.

Merits

1. At least 5 years of work experience in delivery coordination/release management.
2. At least 5 years of work experience working with projections/permissions, system downtime, incident management, and/or troubleshooting.
