Your role at Iver
As a Customer Solution Architect, you own the customer's technical development direction and act as a strategic partner at the intersection of business and technology. You work long-term to understand the customer's business, drive their roadmap and target vision, identify improvements, and link business needs to technical development.

The role is central to our Customer Enablement initiative, and you will work closely with both customers and internal roles such as Key Account Manager, Delivery Executive, and delivery teams.

In short: You drive the customer's journey – from current state to future.

Your main responsibilities

• Own and drive the customer's technical roadmap and target vision
• Act as an advisory partner in dialogues at CIO and CTO levels
• Translate areas such as AI, Hybrid Cloud, and Security into concrete initiatives
• Ensure architectural coherence across multiple technical domains
• Identify improvements and drive change and development work
• Work proactively with innovation, both individually and in collaboration with colleagues

To succeed in the role, we believe you have
You thrive in the role as the link between technology and business and have a clear holistic perspective. You are confident in dialogues with senior decision-makers and have the ability to build long-term trust.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience as a Solution Architect, CSA, or similar customer-facing role
• Are experienced in working in complex IT environments
• Are analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented
• Are relationship-building, communicative, and unpretentious
• Are curious and want to help develop both the customer and the offering

Technical competence
We see that you have broad technical understanding and good knowledge in several of the following areas:

• Microsoft infrastructure
• Hybrid and cloud solutions
• Design and transformation of complex IT environments

Meritorious:

• IT security
• Project work or project management
• Experience with AI or modern platform services

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Location: For this role, we see that you are based at our office in Solna.
