Project Manager for IT and Digitalization Projects at IMY

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a consulting assignment.

• Scope: Full-time (the client is open to other proposals)
• Start: April
• Duration: Until 2026-10-30, potentially longer.

Opportunity for 45% remote work.

You will be employed by Poolia, but work on-site at our client IMY.

About the role

IMY needs to temporarily strengthen the IT and Digitalization department (ADI) with a project manager to lead projects concerning their business-critical systems. The assignment involves leading and executing a major project to upgrade IMY's registration and case management system, including customer adaptations and integrations, as well as a smaller upgrade of the Digital Masking tool.

Your main responsibilities

You will also lead a feasibility study for the procurement of the existing registration and case management system, with the goal of having completed documentation ready in the spring of 2026 and signed agreements by Q3. The work includes maintaining ongoing contact and coordinating operational issues with various suppliers and collaborating closely with the business operations. The consultant may also need to support the business with other issues related to the systems as IMY is undergoing a transformation journey. You are expected to oversee all matters regarding IMY's registration and case management system from a holistic perspective.

Who are you?

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of professional experience as a project manager
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience working according to one of the most common project models, e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Prince2
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
