Responsibilities

Work with administration, management, and development of processes and work methods within the IT operations, support for development projects to ensure IT security requirements are met, and review of IT systems prior to commissioning. In the role of IT Security Specialist, your main responsibility is to delve into complex materials through both theoretical and practical reviews to provide the Information Security Officer with the information needed to make decisions on security and operational permits for projects aimed at driving Sweden forward, including within the energy transition. To succeed in this role, it is important to stay updated on current threats and risks within IT security and to be able to formulate and communicate well-balanced IT security requirements based on this, as well as to have a holistic perspective on information security. You need to be able to effectively absorb large amounts of information, analyze it, and provide answers on what information security requirements an information system should meet. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with other specialists and the more operational unit with a focus on IT security, which means the role requires good collaborative skills.

Essential Requirements

• The consultant must have at least 5 years of professional experience as an auditor within the Information and/or IT security field.
• The consultant must have at least 3 years of professional experience communicating security-related issues together with decision-makers.
• The consultant must have at least 3 years of professional experience writing audit reports that describe security deficiencies and recommendations for corrective actions.
• The consultant must master the Swedish language and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Merits

• The consultant has at least 3 years of professional experience in security work within IT administration or "IT service management".
• The consultant has at least 3 years of professional experience in security work within agile working methods during system development and operations.
• The consultant has at least 3 years of experience working with information security management systems and establishing and/or reviewing governing documents.
