We are now looking for an IT support technician for a consulting assignment with our client in medtech in Stockholm. You will play a central role in a global and technologically advanced company where IT is a business-critical function. Your employment offer

You will have a visible and influential role in an IT team of about 15 people within Support, Operations, IT Security, and DevOps. Here, you are expected not only to solve issues – you own the experience around IT delivery and drive structure, improvement, and quality in everyday life.

The role involves significant responsibility where you manage IT support, onboarding, and Microsoft 365 while contributing to the development of work methods, documentation, and smarter solutions.

Your tasks

You are responsible for ensuring a stable, professional, and service-oriented IT delivery in a high-tech environment where quality and precision are crucial.

  • Manage incoming requests via Jira/Atlassian and ensure a high level of service
  • Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding (computers, mobiles, accesses, and permissions)
  • Provide support within Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Mac environments
  • Administer accounts and group-based access in Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Troubleshoot clients, powerful workstations, and peripherals
  • Manage meeting room technology and AV solutions in collaboration with external partners
  • Be responsible for purchasing IT equipment and liaising with suppliers
  • Create documentation, self-service guides, and improve support flows
  • Contribute to efficiency through smarter work methods and automation (e.g., Copilot)

The role is operational and close to the business, which requires you to be solution-oriented, take initiative, and enjoy being the face of IT.

Worth knowing

This is a consulting assignment for six months with an immediate start. There are good opportunities for extension and/or permanent employment if the match is right.

The position is in Stockholm and the work is primarily on-site in an office-first environment. You will be part of an IT team of about 15 people within Support, Operations, IT Security, and DevOps. The client is located in fresh and modern premises with access to a gym and an on-site bistro, contributing to a pleasant and social work environment.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience in IT support in a technically mature environment. You have an understanding of how structure, security, and service are interconnected and are used to working in organizations where IT is a business-critical function. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, as you will support colleagues in an international organization on a daily basis.

To succeed and thrive in this assignment, you should have:

  • Experience in IT support and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory/Azure AD and group-based access management
  • Very good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
  • Ability to work systematically with documentation and ticket ownership

It is a plus if you have experience with Mac support, working with Intune or other endpoint management, and if you have previously worked in an international organization. An interest in automation and improvement work within IT support is also seen as positive.
