Job responsibilities

• Be responsible for the delivery of print, document management, and AV solutions to our customers
• Ensure that all deliveries are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality
• Perform technical configuration and installation of printers, multifunction devices, conference equipment, screens, and digital signage
• Lead customer meetings for planning, installation, and commissioning of solutions
• Project manage, plan, and structure the delivery work from start to finish
• Maintain good communication with decision-makers, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Handle administration related to ongoing deliveries
• Continuously work on developing and following processes and routines within the role and business area
• Act as a knowledgeable and service-oriented expert and conduct training and demos for customers and their staff in the systems

We are looking for you who

Have a strong interest in technical problem-solving, are service-oriented, and identify with our core values. Furthermore, you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service focused on Print, AV, or technical deliveries
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery work within print, document management, or AV solutions
• Good understanding of printer environments, document management, conference technology, or digital signage
• Good knowledge of systems such as Excel and various CRM platforms
• Very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• A structured work style and the ability to work independently, systematically, and carefully
• Solid experience in customer contact and the ability to create good customer relationships

Meritorious

• Experience in delivering printers or AV/conference projects
• Knowledge of integrations and technical solutions
• Experience in project management
