Job Description

Background and Assignment Description

Your tasks involve primarily working with requirements analysis and acting as a contact person for the projects, system administrations, and operations involved in ongoing projects focusing on integrations. In your role, you will be responsible for developing and transforming business requirements into solution proposals. You will also work with technical coordination to implement complex system solutions.

We plan and deploy via Azure DevOps and implement solutions in Apache Camel and Redhat OpenShift. We also work with older Oracle SOA/Weblogic and EDIFACT solutions.

You will work both in our management organization for integration solutions and in projects.

Agile working methods are used in both management and projects.

Tasks

The assignment with us may include the following tasks:

• Collecting requirements and requirements modeling where transforming requirements into developable solutions is an important part of the task.

• Coordinating and facilitating activities across organizational boundaries and leading assignments or pre-studies.

• Helping to spread “best practices” in the area in various forums within Svenska kraftnät.

• Understanding, producing, and evaluating business and information models.

• Assisting stakeholders in following overarching architectural principles and guidelines regarding standards and integration.

• Ensuring that projects adhere to established architectural decisions in close collaboration with business specialists, architect colleagues, and IT management.

• Describing and communicating solution proposals to relevant target groups (so that the recipient can understand the message).

• Acting as a focal point for stakeholders working in projects and management who have integration needs.

Mandatory Requirements 1. Higher education/university degree in IT, at least 120 credits/180 ECTS, or at least 5 years of work experience in the IT field. 2. The consultant must master the Swedish language and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. 3. At least 5 years of work experience in requirements management for integration or system development. 4. At least 5 years of work experience in IT architecture within the integration area. 5. At least 3 years of work experience in use case and process modeling. 6. At least 3 years of work experience in working with XML/XSD and XSLT. 7. At least 3 years of work experience in producing requirements and flow diagrams according to UML or ArchiMate. 8. At least 3 years of work experience in implementing Web Services solutions including SOAP or REST.

Merit 1. At least 5 years of experience working with requirements specification of integration solutions in agile teams. 2. Experience in architectural work with ERP systems in at least one (1) project. 3. At least 3 years of experience working with software architecture. 4. At least 2 years of experience working with container technology, such as Kubernetes, Docker, or another tech stack for automation and provisioning of resources, i.e., configuration-by-code.
