Are you a service-oriented person with a strong interest in IT and technology, looking to work with internal user support? Then you have the chance to be a substitute in the helpdesk at Svensk Försäkring Administration AB during May!

About the position

As a helpdesk employee, you will be part of SFAB's IT department and be included in the helpdesk group. You will be a central figure supporting internal employees with technical challenges, from simple troubleshooting to more complex issues, working closely with an experienced colleague.

This is a consulting assignment via Academic Work that runs from the end of April/beginning of May until the end of May.

Responsibilities

The role involves being the first contact for users' technical problems and independently or with colleagues' help resolving these. You will handle installations, permissions, and maintain the IT environment with a focus on Microsoft products.

  • Handle technical error reports through various channels (ticketing system, email, phone, in person).
  • Order, configure, and prepare IT equipment such as computers and monitors.
  • Advise users regarding IT equipment and systems.
  • Check and maintain meeting room technology.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a strong technical interest
  • Internship or work experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of the Microsoft environment and its products.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
