We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 expert who wants to help drive a larger rollout of Microsoft 365 at an authority in Stockholm. The assignment involves providing technical support to IT technicians, leading smaller teams, and ensuring that the implementation is carried out in a safe and effective manner. You will also contribute with documentation and advice on best practices and settings that meet the organization's needs.

In this role, you will work on configuring Microsoft 365 and its components, documenting possible options and consequences at various levels, and supporting planning and follow-up of IT technicians. You will work in Microsoft 365 admin portals such as Entra ID, Teams, and other M365 services, and document the infrastructure including hybrid environments. Together with the IT technicians, you will also discuss and establish routines for monitoring, support, and incident management, as well as lifecycle management of user accounts and information. An important part of the role is to spread knowledge about working methods and Microsoft's cloud services, as well as to provide proactive advice on new features and configurations.

Requirements

• At least 3 completed implementations or technical setups of Microsoft 365 in larger organizations
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and its components (e.g., Teams, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint)
• Experience in leading a small team of IT technicians
• Ability to write decision-making documents and documentation at various levels

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 setup in the public sector

You can support and lead technicians, spread knowledge, and contribute to the development of the team and the organization.

Start: Immediate start considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and ongoing.
