About the position
As a support technician for our client in the gaming industry, you will take significant ownership to ensure smooth operations and support for the organization. You will be the spider in the web for all IT-related services, from case management to user communication. The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility and the opportunity to positively influence the client's IT environment.
This is a consulting assignment for 6 months, with good chances of extension.

Job responsibilities
In this role, you will be key to a well-functioning IT environment, where you handle support cases, administer systems, and ensure a high level of service for all employees. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility and contribute to a positive user experience.
Manage network configurations and connections.
User management in Slack and Google Workspace.
Installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
Create and update process guides.
Communicate information about new processes to the organization.
We are looking for someone who
Has previous work experience as a support technician or equivalent.
Good understanding of Windows infrastructure and client management.
Good understanding of networks.
Experience in software installation and hardware ordering.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills and service orientation.
It is a merit if you have
Experience as a team leader in IT support.
Knowledge of Jira and the ITIL framework.
Experience with Entra and Intune.
Interest in gaming.
