Senior Software Developer - Build the technology that makes Sweden work

• Designing and realizing technical solutions based on business requirements
• Working both with code development and configuration of purchased products
• Breaking down architects' solution proposals into concrete, implementable parts
• Writing, reviewing, and ensuring code quality
• Setting up and further developing CI/CD pipelines
• Creating architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and proof of concepts
• Ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable in the long term
• Being a technical mentor and sounding board for colleagues

As a senior software developer, you will be involved in realizing technical solutions from idea to functioning implementation. You move effortlessly between code, architecture, and platform - and thrive in the intersection between technology and business. You collaborate closely with development teams, system architects, and product owners. Here, you are expected not only to deliver code - but to contribute technical perspectives, question when necessary, and drive improvement.

This is a role for you who want influence over both solutions and direction.

You have an academic degree in computer science, systems science, software engineering, or similar - or equivalent technical education combined with several years of practical experience.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and unpretentious. You are happy to share your knowledge and are driven by building solutions that last over time - not just until the next release.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 5-10+ years of experience in software development and feels comfortable in complex technical environments.

It is a plus if you have:

• Solid experience with C#
• Experience with a frontend framework such as React
• Good understanding of both Windows Server and Linux
• Experience working in Azure DevOps or similar systems
• Familiarity with containers, preferably with OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar message queues
• The ability to explain technical solutions to both developers and business
• An agile mindset and experience in cross-functional collaboration
