Assignment Description

The client has managed its architectural structure capital in the tool Sparx EA for many years. They are now in a phase where we will both restructure their metamodel and model several types that are completely or partially new in the metamodel.

The assignment consists of collaborating with the contact person for the assignment to make necessary additions and adjustments to meet the prioritized needs of the business.

The client strives to harmonize architectural work, where several different parts are integrated and collaborate, as well as to create common working methods in the development of the architectural structure capital.

Responsibilities

• Complete the metamodel in Sparx EA, according to what is developed in a separate metamodeling effort
• Complete and adjust technologies/MDG for the prioritized areas
• Develop analysis tools, complete and adjust scripts
• Produce supplementary reports
• Provide advice on various types of decisions, where different realizations within the tool Sparx EA are conceivable
• Assist with the structuring of existing architectural structure capital, where we categorize existing models into: Current, models in progress, archiving, and possibly removing incomplete unused models

Mandatory Requirements

• At least five years of experience with the tool Sparx EA for managing businesses' architectural structure capital (such as processes, capabilities, information, and applications)
• At least five years of experience with Sparx EA's internal language/logic
• At least five years of experience with Sparx EA technologies/MDG and the ability to develop customized technologies
• At least five years of experience in developing and customizing scripts within the tool Sparx EA
• At least five years of experience in report generation within the tool Sparx EA.

Desirable

• More than five years of experience working with Enterprise Architecture
• More than three years of experience working within a government agency or business enterprise
• More than three years of experience working with IT development in collaboration with a project manager
