Data Developer in Financial Market Statistics
Are you interested in working with data on financial markets and developing new data products from idea to production? Are you also curious about what data actually means? How does money flow through the Swedish financial system? What patterns are hidden in millions of transactions? Then this position is for you!

- writing automated tests to ensure the quality of your code and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- developing and launching APIs for reporting from banks and payment service providers
- using marimo notebooks to visualize and make results accessible
YOUR TEAM
The Financial Data and Development unit currently consists of 14 people and belongs to the monetary policy department, one of the Riksbank's nine departments. Here you can read more about the Riksbank's organization.
In the unit, different competencies work side by side in various data teams and learn from each other. Collaboration also occurs across departments, and we have regular contacts with financial companies, Swedish authorities, and international organizations.
MORE ABOUT YOU

- several years of current experience coding in Python or equivalent programming languages
- experience developing data flows in orchestration tools such as Dagster or similar (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
- experience handling and processing large datasets
- good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
In addition to the above basic requirements, it is advantageous if you also have:
- experience from the finance or fintech industry
- experience with container environments such as Podman or Kubernetes
- experience working with data lake storage such as S3 and LakeFS
- experience working according to DevOps principles with a focus on automation and CI/CD
