Job Description

We are looking for a person to work with performance in an ongoing development project. You will collaborate closely with the testing function, RET, and relevant development teams. The assignment combines operational work with more long-term and structural development.

You will plan, design, and execute system-wide performance tests. You will analyze results, identify bottlenecks and risks, and propose improvements. The role also involves supporting development teams in local performance testing and contributing to establishing and further developing a unified and scalable model for performance testing. You will ensure that performance data is visualized through dashboards and reports and participate in defining non-functional requirements, such as response times, capacity, and robustness. At a later stage, you will work within the RET team.

To succeed, you are analytical and structured. You communicate clearly and have a pedagogical approach. You work independently but thrive in collaboration with others and have a strong focus on delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of documented experience in performance testing in complex system environments
• You have experience in planning and executing system-wide performance tests
• You have experience in analyzing and interpreting performance data
• You have experience working closely with development teams in agile environments
• You have experience with the Locust tool for performance testing
• You have experience in producing reports and recommendations based on test results
• You have experience with observability/monitoring (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus)

Desirable

• You have more than 5 years of experience in performance testing
• You have at least 3 years of experience with MongoDB
• You have experience from business-critical or high-transaction systems
• You have experience in cloud-based environments (e.g., Kubernetes, container platforms)
• You have experience in establishing performance strategies or frameworks
• You have experience from regulated industries
