About the company
Brocc was founded in 2016 as a Stockholm based fintech specialized in peer-to-peer lending. Brocc is active in 15+ markets across Europe, and have offices in Sweden, Finland and UK.
Brocc is in a strong growth phase, with both the scale and complexity of its operations increasing in line with new business areas, products, and international expansion. Tasks and responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer at Brocc, you will play a key role in shaping and building the company’s future digital workplace. You will work closely with internal teams such as Tech, Security and Platform, collaborating to develop a scalable and automated environment that supports Brocc’s growth in Sweden and the UK. While you will begin with more hands-on responsibilities to understand the internal setup, the main focus of the role is to identify bottlenecks and automate and streamline all workplace processes — from device management to onboarding flows and identity lifecycle.
With the 1st line IT support outsourced to an external partner, the majority of your role involves designing and improving internal workflows. You will be responsible for developing automated onboarding and offboarding processes and work with Intune and Microsoft 365 to modernize device management, establish configuration standards, and create self-service tools that reduce manual support needs. You will also handle the in-between tasks that require access to Brocc's environment, such as troubleshooting of on-site issues and the technical setup of the office.
As the internal workplace environment evolves, your main responsibilities include:
Developing, improving and automating onboarding, offboarding and internal workflow processes
Managing Microsoft 365, Intune and device lifecycle across macOS and Windows environments
Handling on-site troubleshooting, meeting room support and internal IT requests when needed
Collaborating with external IT provider and ensuring smooth delivery of internal services
Identifying opportunities to implement automation and AI-based improvements across the workplace environment
Education, experience and personal characteristics
Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar position
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra, Intune and endpoint management
Good understanding of both macOS and Windows
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
It is desirable if you also have:
Experience from scale-ups, fintech or fast-growing tech environments
Experience automating manual IT processes
Experience working with external IT service providers
Swedish language skills
We believe you are curious, solution-oriented and eager to learn. You enjoy understanding how things work and finding smarter, more automated ways to do them. You appreciate both hands-on support work and long-term technical improvements. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with colleagues, and contribute positively to the team culture. Most importantly, you are motivated by building something modern, scalable and efficient.
