We are looking for an experienced requirements analyst to join an agile, cross-functional development team in the energy sector. You will be a key person in the work of managing and further developing IT systems that enhance insight and analytical capability regarding the state of the power system from an operational reliability perspective. The unit also works with a power system simulator used for training and education of operators, and is responsible for support and operation of the systems.

In the team, you will collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, developers, and testers, as well as with users, business specialists, and other stakeholders such as architects and project managers. The focus is on clear, traceable, and value-creating requirements that can be translated into developable and testable deliveries.

• Identify, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, user interviews, observations, and document studies.
• Break down requirements into manageable, value-creating deliveries and define acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that requirements are formulated in a developable and testable manner.
• Work closely with product owners, business experts, and development teams to ensure that requirements are clear, prioritized, and understood.
• Communicate and anchor requirements with and between stakeholders and other interested parties.
• Be responsible for traceability of requirements throughout the development chain.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's working methods, documentation, and requirements processes.
• Support testing and quality assurance through requirements validation and review of test cases.
• Provide methodological support in requirements management to business specialists/requirements owners.
• Design or revise workflows for the receiving organization.

• University education of 120 credits/180 ECTS in IT or systems science.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the last 10 years as a requirements analyst within IT, covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• At least 5 years of practical experience of continuous work in at least one modern requirements management tool (e.g., Jira or Azure DevOps), including creation and tracking of user stories, epics, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis within agile development projects, where you have regularly designed user stories, worked with MVP-focused requirements management, collaborated in cross-functional teams, and used established agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Certified requirements analyst from IIBA, Astrakan, or another equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical requirements specification of applications in a complex and security-sensitive IT environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a product owner.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the power system industry.
