For one of our clients within the energy sector, we are currently looking for two Senior IT Project Managers to lead strategically important IT transformation initiatives within Customer IT in the Nordics.

The assignments are within the Contract & Billing domain. One consultant will manage two separate projects, while the other will have a stronger focus on SAP-related topics.

About the Assignment

The Contract & Billing team focuses on technical solutions and capability development (people, processes, technology, and data) to support Customer & Solutions in the Nordic region, as well as Heat and Distribution in Sweden. The team works across the full billing, contract, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landscape.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the meter-to-cash process and with channel teams to enhance customer experience and support the transition toward fossil-free energy solutions.

Responsibilities

As Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing IT projects of varying size and complexity within Customer IT Nordics
• Planning and managing time, budget, and resources
• Translating project objectives into actionable activities
• Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams
• Facilitating decision-making processes
• Driving execution and ensuring value delivery
• Professional risk and dependency management
• Senior-level stakeholder management
• Structured and target-group-oriented reporting
• Ensuring complete and up-to-date project documentation
• Utilizing professional project management tools and methodologies
• Driving lessons learned and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders
• Managing expectations and facilitating key decisions
• Recommending and establishing the most suitable project approach
• Ensuring high-quality project governance and continuous quality improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing IT projects and programs
• Strong track record in leading complex transformation initiatives
• Experience with or solid understanding of SAP (highly beneficial)
• Experience running technical projects and/or within the energy sector
• Experience in product development and/or design development
• Highly customer-focused mindset
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Strong personality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior management level
• Structured and professional communicator
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
