About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Unionen.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will take a comprehensive approach to how Unionen's digital systems and services are integrated. You will both design and develop integrations and be a driving force in setting the direction for their technical path forward.

You will join an engaged and cross-functional team with developers, architects, product owners, and test and development leaders in an environment where close collaboration with the business is key.

More specifically, you will:

• Design and develop integrations via APIs, Power Platform, and Azure
• Be a technical expert in requirements specification, solution design, and architectural decisions
• Lead the technical development in the team while also contributing operationally to the development work
• Strengthen and future-proof Unionen's integration architecture, with a strong focus on information security
• Drive improvements in both technology, working methods, and methodologies

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Good experience in backend development, preferably in larger or complex system environments
• Very good experience with .NET and C#
• Documented experience with APIs and integration platforms
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Additional information

Start: By agreement

Location: Olof Palmes Gata 17, Hötorget, Stockholm. The office is the primary workplace, with the possibility to work from another location part of the time (currently about two days a week).

Salary: Fixed salary by agreement, other conditions according to collective agreement
