We are looking for a substitute teacher for Mullsjö F-3, which consists of Gunnarsboskolan ABC and Kronängskolan with associated after-school care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a substitute teacher with us, you will:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching that inspires, engages, and challenges students at the right level.
• Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to grow.
• Work with both individuals and groups.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, student health services, and guardians to create the best conditions for learning and well-being.
• Contribute to the good atmosphere and positive culture at the school during your time with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who, with commitment and warmth, wants to take on the role of class teacher during a substitute period. You enjoy working with younger students and are driven to create learning that both inspires and challenges.

• A teaching degree with qualifications for teaching in the early years of primary school (F3 or 13).
• The ability to create structure, safety, and joy in the classroom.

• You are a warm, clear, and engaged educator who makes students feel seen and appreciated, and you understand the importance of creating both safety and a desire to learn.
