VFG Education provides upper secondary education, adult education, driving school, and various forms of commissioned training within the transport and construction industry. The company has a turnover of approximately 120 million and employs around 100 people. Offices/trainings are located in Växjö, Karlshamn, and Jönköping. VFG Education is a growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making paths.

We are now looking for a transport teacher with a focus on transport technology for upper secondary/adult education in Jönköping as the company is growing.

In Jönköping, VFG Education has been conducting training in heavy vehicles since HT 2022, both upper secondary education focused on Vehicle and Transport and driving school training for heavy vehicles. We are located on Solåsvägen in suitable premises with a modern vehicle fleet and a great team of employees.

We are looking for someone with professional experience from industry companies in the vehicle sector as a truck driver. Requirements are C and CE licenses. D license is an advantage.

You should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with students.

It is positive if you have pedagogical competence through education or experience.

It is positive and advantageous if you have other qualifications within our educational area, such as forklift, wheel loader, crane, or similar.

The position involves planning and conducting teaching at upper secondary and/or adult education, both practically and theoretically, as well as documenting it.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in both the students' knowledge development and their social development.

As a person, you are creative and flexible, have a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility. You also have a good ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students to learn. It is important that you enjoy working in a team and can easily collaborate with all staff.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

You have a big heart for each individual student and their development.
