Increased learning - equity - meeting places; three important core values that permeate all work in the schools of Nässjö Municipality, a medium-sized municipality with about 30,000 inhabitants in the Småland highlands. To realize this, the municipal council has adopted a strategic and long-term development work for preschool and school in Nässjö Municipality.

Within the Department of Children and Education, we consciously and purposefully work to provide every child and student with the tools needed to seek knowledge in life. The goal is for every child and student to develop according to their conditions and feel joy and pride in their successes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in F3, you will:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in accordance with Lgr22.
• Adapt teaching based on students' different needs and conditions.
• Be responsible for assessment, documentation, and development conversations.
• Actively work with values and create a safe and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate in working teams and participate in the school's development work.
• Maintain contact with guardians and contribute to a good collaboration between home and school.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching license and qualifications to teach in grade F3.
• Has good knowledge of governing documents and pedagogical methods for early school years.
• Is confident in your teaching role and has the ability to create structure and a conducive working environment.
• Has good digital competence and can use digital tools in teaching.
