Mullsjö Folk High School is looking for a Resource Person 30%

Mullsjö Folk High School is located in Mullsjö in southeastern Västergötland, in Jönköping County, about 30 km northwest of Jönköping. The school has approximately 200 participants in long courses and a comprehensive short course program. The main sponsors of the school are a triad consisting of the Swedish Alliance Mission, the Swedish Alliance Mission Youth, and the Mullsjö Folk High School's Alumni Association. Mullsjö Folk High School has been in existence since 1949 and has essentially had boarding accommodations throughout this period.

The operations are based on a Christian worldview and are conducted in a drug-free environment, which we expect you to respect.

The Position

Mullsjö Folk High School is looking for a resource person for 30%.

As a resource person, you will primarily follow one participant but also serve as a resource in the classroom to support and motivate during school hours and, in some cases, during social interactions.

The position is a fixed-term employment starting as soon as possible.

Qualifications

You have completed high school education and relevant training for the position, e.g., as a teaching assistant or support pedagogue, as well as experience working with individuals with disabilities. It is desirable that you have experience working with individuals with special needs within NPF. You are flexible, have a positive attitude, and a calm, solution-oriented approach is essential for success. We prefer that you have previously worked at a folk high school or with adults.
