Your new job

We are looking for a new colleague for our leisure working team in grade 1. Together with friendly colleagues and wonderful students, you will have a varied and exciting job!

Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the educational work in the leisure center. You will work to maintain a holistic perspective on students' development and learning. You will also provide students with opportunities to learn in new creative ways and apply knowledge in practice. You will do this alongside your experienced and skilled teachers in the team. The work of ensuring safety is central to our school and therefore an important part of your job.

At Dalvik School, you will meet super friendly colleagues! Dalvik School is a K-6 school with about 300 students and 45 employees. The school is located on the heights of Jönköping and offers a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Vättern and the city. Here, you will find lovely environments with forests, waterways, and hills in close proximity to the school. Employees, students, guardians, and interns at the school testify to a good working environment where well-being and safety characterize the spirit of the unit. Dalvik School is a VFU school, which means we regularly host students from Jönköping University.

Your qualifications

You are a qualified teacher with a teaching license for work in leisure centers. If you have not yet received your license or are at the end of your education, you are also welcome to apply. You are skilled at building relationships with your students and have a genuine interest in them. You are a leader for your student group and work with an accessible learning environment where safety and structure are central to meet students where they are. We also see that you are well-grounded in the primary school's mission and its governing documents. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

We place great importance on personal suitability.
