Driving Instructor Heavy Licenses (D/DE) – Qualified driving instructor for heavy vehicles in Nässjö

We train the future professional drivers, machine operators, and vehicle technicians – strengthening industries that keep Sweden moving every day.

As a Driving Instructor with us, you will work with training in heavy vehicles and their licenses.

We are now looking for two driven Driving Instructors based in Nässjö, who want to develop our training programs and contribute to the start-up of Trafique Sweden in the area.

About the role

As a Driving Instructor with us, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training in heavy vehicles. You will work closely with our students/participants to understand their needs and develop them into attractive professional drivers based on industry requirements.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning and conducting theoretical training

• Planning and conducting practical training

• Ensuring that students/participants have the right conditions to pass the Transport Agency's tests

• Supporting students based on their needs

• Developing both yourself and colleagues to stay at the forefront

We are looking for someone who

Is a qualified Driving Instructor for heavy vehicles

Is communicative, relationship-building, and results-oriented

Has an interest or background in transport, heavy vehicles, or education

Is self-driven, structured, and enjoys leading training

Additional qualifications such as forklift, crane, etc. are advantageous

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

We are looking for a person who is trustworthy, curious, and has an easy time building long-term relationships with students/participants.

Location and scope

The positions are full-time with placement in Nässjö. The position may be filled continuously, so do not wait to apply.
