We are looking for an engaged and pedagogical driving instructor, for 100%.

About us

Eksjö Trafikutbildning is a well-established driving school in the heart of Småland.

We currently have 4 driving instructors and two receptionists who educate and support future license holders from all over Sweden.

We offer training in categories AM, B, BE, B96, C & CE.

About the role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with various backgrounds and needs.
• Support and motivate students on their journey towards obtaining their driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Possibly hold theory lessons and risk education sessions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driving instructor license and is an approved driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency.
• Has a pedagogical and flexible approach.
• Takes responsibility and has a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys meeting different types of people.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
