Åkerskolan is a primary school for grades F-6 and an adapted school for grades 1-6, with an associated after-school program. The school is beautifully located near diverse nature in Nässjö municipality.

To realize this, the municipal council has adopted a strategic and long-term development plan for preschool and school in Nässjö municipality.

Within the Department of Children and Education, we consciously and purposefully work to provide every child and student with the tools needed to seek knowledge in life. The goal is for every child and student to develop according to their abilities and feel joy and pride in their successes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching in one of our lower-grade classes. Your task is to stimulate all students' development and learning, harness students' enthusiasm and curiosity, and promote a safe and accessible learning environment for all students. You have extensive experience collaborating with colleagues and see it as a given to collectively offer each student a qualitative and safe school environment.

You will be part of a work team. Naturally, you will base your work on the school's governing documents and the needs and interests that the students show. Together with the principal and colleagues, we develop the operations and continuously work with systematic quality assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Åkerskolan is growing, and we need to expand our organization by recruiting more teachers. We are looking for a certified teacher qualified to teach in lower grades. Personal suitability is important, and we believe this means you have good collaboration skills, are engaged, flexible, and actively work to make the school accessible for all students.
