Welcome to apply for the position of teacher in Mathematics and Physical Education at Gröndal School.

The school is a 7-9 school with about 450 students divided into three working teams. The school also has a special education group with about 10 students.

Our goals and driving force are “A sustainable and healthy work environment where relational work is promoted within the school and between school and home” and that “All students should reach their full potential through a focus on language development and, among other things, through expanded interdisciplinary work”.

Responsibilities

Teaching in grades 7-9, in addition to mentoring a group of about 12 students. You will be part of one of our working teams. The teaching in physical education will partly be conducted in our special education group. You will teach approximately 70% Mathematics and about 30% Physical Education.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed teacher qualified to teach Mathematics and also qualified in Physical Education for later years. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with students in special education groups. You should have good computer skills, and to thrive and function as a teacher with us, you should be flexible, outgoing, and have an easy time collaborating. We would like you to attach a personal letter and CV.

We work with ongoing selection and interviews. The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.
