Gnosjö municipality has preschools in Gnosjö, Hillerstorp, Kulltorp, and Åsenhöga with approximately 350 enrolled children and about 90 employees. We work based on the preschool curriculum (Lpfö18 rev. 2025) and according to the unique conditions at each preschool and department.

We are now looking for a substitute preschool teacher for Storå preschool in Hillerstorp.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the daily work and development at one of our preschools. You are engaged and base your work on the children's conditions when thinking about and arranging the educational environment. You are well acquainted with preschool education and teaching.

The work is conducted according to the preschool curriculum with preschool teachers as pedagogical leaders in collaboration with childcare workers and other staff. You actively promote good cooperation among colleagues and throughout the organization. You see children's safety and influence as a given.

We see new opportunities every day and work to ensure that children can experience educational and exciting experiences in their daily lives. The education is designed based on an accessible learning environment that allows for creativity and exploration. Your pedagogical work and approach revolve around individual adaptation, variation, and challenges characterized by teaching that is challenging and developing for each child.

We are looking for someone who consciously works with the child at the center while also driving the preschool's work forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have a teaching degree and hold a license for preschool.

You have good knowledge of the governing documents that form the basis for preschool education and are well versed in systematic quality work.

We place great emphasis on social competence, personal suitability, a solution-focused perspective, and the ability to collaborate with guardians and work with colleagues and other staff.

You have a well-developed approach that you can convey and communicate to the entire work team. You are open to learning from others and contribute your own knowledge and experience.

Previous experience in pedagogical work and working with children and youth is considered an asset.
