Your New Job

We are looking for an engaged leisure teacher. Tenhult School is now seeking an inspiring and creative leisure teacher for one of our three F-1 leisure centers.

As a leisure teacher at Tenhult School, you will:

• Plan, implement, and develop the teaching in the leisure center.
• Work creatively with your colleagues to create a joyful learning experience that strengthens both students' knowledge and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and students during the school day to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring and motivating students and who wants to be part of an engaged team working to create the best conditions for our students.

Welcome to Us

The Tenhult school area consists of two F-6 schools; Tenhult School and Ödestugu School. We have about 85 staff and 570 students.

With us, we work together to develop independent, secure, and responsible individuals. Tenhult School is a large F-6 school with approximately 515 students, located 15 km from Jönköping city center with good transport links and nature around the corner. The school has six leisure centers.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a degree and certification as a teacher with a focus on leisure centers. If you have not yet received your certification, you are also welcome to apply. Experience working in leisure centers and schools is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative and has an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Strives to develop each student's abilities, both academically and socially
• Is flexible and can take overall responsibility for students' development and well-being
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Has good experience documenting your work and is competent in IT and digital tools.
