Do you want to become one of our new nursing teachers for the nursing assistant training in Nässjö?

Your Mission

The mission involves location-based adult education in healthcare subjects.

As a nursing teacher, you will guide and teach, as well as assess the student's knowledge according to the curriculum of the healthcare program. You are responsible for grading. The role of the nursing teacher also includes planning and follow-up of practical training (APL).

You will work in a team with several colleagues. You will have trained educators to support learning and assist in practical moments as well as follow-up.

Teaching takes place on-site in Skövde.

Your Competence and Background

• You must be qualified, licensed, healthcare and nursing teacher.
• You must have at least one (1) year of experience teaching in healthcare and nursing.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies, but this is not a requirement.

• professional experience in healthcare and nursing work
• licensing in additional subjects, especially Swedish.
• good language skills in e.g. Arabic

Documentation

The position also involves some documentation towards clients, students, and the principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations. Good digital competence is required, as we use several digital tools.

You love to help people, and you are passionate about imparting knowledge. You have a good ability to motivate students to achieve their goals.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and understanding. Your flexible approach allows you to solve problems. You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work in a team/network. At EnRival Education, you need to be a team player with positive drive and wisdom.

Employment Form

Full-time. Permanent or as agreed. Start date according to agreement.
