In your role, you will work closely with the managers at the headquarters in Torsplan, where several of SLSO's central support functions are gathered, such as management, HR, finance, communication, administration, procurement & premises, patient safety, IT, and Academic Specialist Center. About the role

As an HR partner, you have a broad generalist role with both operational and strategic elements. You act as a consultative support to the managers and actively contribute to developing and quality-assuring SLSO's HR processes. Work environment, labor law, salary formation, rehabilitation, recruitment, and collaboration issues are central parts of your work, as well as dialogue and negotiations with trade union representatives.

The role also includes ongoing administration in systems such as Heroma and our case management system. The work is carried out in close collaboration with HR colleagues, managers, and union representatives, and there are good opportunities to take on an expanded area of responsibility based on your skills and interests.

  • A proactive approach.

Meritorious

  • Experience from the healthcare sector or another politically governed organization.
  • Knowledge of the collective agreement General Terms (AB).

Personal qualities

As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. You enjoy working independently and take responsibility for driving your work forward in a structured and pedagogical manner. The role requires you to be meticulous, persistent, and creative in long-term processes, while also being flexible and able to prioritize when situations change.
