About the assignment

We are looking for an educational administrator and customer support employee for our client in southern Stockholm. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia, expected to start as soon as possible and last for six months, with the possibility of extension. The position is 50% but may also become 100%. You will work at the client's office in Söder. There is an opportunity for remote work some days a week.

Your tasks

In the role of educational administrator and customer support, you will work on administering users in a learning platform. Furthermore, you will monitor a customer support inbox and assist customers with various types of issues with the system, answer questions about training, and manage the invoicing of all training sessions. You will call or be called to help customers with support questions and inquiries about training.

Other tasks:

• Create dashboards and manage organizational subscriptions
• Develop internal knowledge bases/manuals, FAQs for external users
• Assist customers in generating reports
• Data maintenance in Totara and Jeeves, ensuring that the data we have on users in different systems is accurate and that the right information is in the right place. Extensive cleaning/sorting work

Your qualifications

• Relevant education in the field
• System skills – quick to learn new systems. Curious and fearless.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
