Supervisor / Office Host for Nordisk Kompetens – Solna & Södermalm

We are looking for two new colleagues!

• 📍 Solna & Södermalm
• 🕒 Start: Immediately
• 📌 1 full-time position (requirement: New Start Job + 120 credits)
• 📌 1 on-call position as needed

Nordisk Kompetens is a growing group that works with recruitment, transition, and labor market initiatives. We are now looking for two service-oriented and responsible supervisors who want to contribute to a welcoming and professional meeting for our participants and clients.

About the role

As a supervisor/office host, you are the face of the company and create a positive experience for everyone visiting our offices. The role includes, among other things:

• Welcoming and guiding visitors and participants
• Providing service and creating a pleasant environment in the office
• Administrative tasks and simpler office routines
• Supporting the operations and ensuring a professional daily routine

🕘 The full-time position works on-site Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00.

We are looking for someone who

• Is positive, solution-oriented, and enjoys meeting people
• Works in a structured and independent manner
• Has a professional and friendly demeanor
• Is computer literate
• Thrives in a social environment and contributes to a good atmosphere

Requirements (for the full-time position)

• You are eligible for a New Start Job
• At least 120 credits of post-secondary studies

Meritorious

• Experience in customer reception or service
• Experience in administration
• Familiarity with handling social media

Employment form

• 1 full-time position, Monday–Thursday on-site
• 1 on-call position as needed
