About the position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will be employed by us at Middlepoint and work at our client's office, a law firm located in the heart of Östermalm.  Here, you will be responsible for outstanding service as well as administration, proactively working to ensure an inviting and organized work environment. You will provide support to the firm's lawyers and welcome guests and clients in a professional and trustworthy manner. The role is varied with different responsibilities that you navigate like a spider in the web. Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Ensuring that the office is clean and pleasant (e.g., coffee, kitchen, bathrooms, office supplies, and plants)

  • Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and service-minded manner

  • Preparing for meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and conferences

  • Planning and supporting events, seminars, and training sessions

  • Assisting lawyers with simpler tasks (e.g., delivering documents, making simple purchases in town)

  • Managing the office's email, mail, documentation, and internal systems

  • Collaborating with the finance manager regarding invoices and approvals

  • Handling simpler marketing on social media

  • Being responsible for office equipment and contact with suppliers

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a six-month probationary period Start: January 2026 Working hours: Monday to Friday approximately 8 AM to 5 PM
